Macfarlanes acts for Synova Capita on raising Synova Capital Fund III
26 January 2016Macfarlanes has advised long standing client Synova Capital on the raising of its third fund, which has now held a final closing at its hard cap of £250m.
This new fund will continue Synova Capital’s investment strategy of investing between £10m and £30m in UK companies operating in attractive niches with significant opportunities for earnings growth and value creation.
The Macfarlanes team was led by funds partner Christopher Good, with senior solicitor Jagdip Gujral also advising.
