Macfarlanes advises J D Wetherspoon on £98m notes issuance
Macfarlanes has advised FTSE 250 pub owner and operator J D Wetherspoon plc (J D Wetherspoon) on its issuance of £98m senior secured private placement notes due 2026.
J D Wetherspoon is a long standing client of the firm, with the finance team advising on a number of previous financings.
The Macfarlanes team for this matter was led by finance partner Kirstie Hutchinson with assistance from finance solicitor Tian Sun.
