Macfarlanes advises White City Place consortium on major letting to GBG and Li & Fung
Macfarlanes has advised a consortium of Stanhope, Mitsui and AIMCo on the letting of 50,500 square feet of office space at White City Place in west London to Hong Kong-headquartered sister companies Global Brands Group (GBG) and Li & Fung.
The Hong Kong-listed fashion brand management company, which manages names such as Calvin Klein and Karen Millen and its supply chain specialist will make the fifth floor of the WestWorks building at White City Place their European base from the end of 2019.
The Macfarlanes team was led by real estate partner Dan Marriott with assistance from solicitor Sindhuja Shriananda.
Dan Marriott comments: “We were pleased to assist in another large letting at this exciting development in an emerging area. This is one in a long line of lettings that Macfarlanes has assisted the consortium with, demonstrating the popularity of White City and its developments at White City Place and Television Centre”.
