Macfarlanes advises Aberdeen Standard Investments on closing of second core infrastructure fund at €669m

Macfarlanes has advised Aberdeen Standard Investments on the successful fundraising of its second European core infrastructure fund which has closed at €669m. The main fund vehicle was launched alongside a dedicated co-investment top-up fund.

The Macfarlanes team was led by investment management partner Stephen Robinson with assistance from senior solicitor Henry Stewart-Brown and solicitor Jonathan Dixon. Tax advice was provided by tax and reward partner Ceinwen Rees with assistance from senior solicitor Penny Van den Brande.
