Macfarlanes advises Burton’s Biscuits management on sale to a Ferrero-related company
Macfarlanes has advised the management team of British biscuit maker Burton’s Biscuits in connection with its sale by Canadian fund Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan to a Ferrero-related company
Burton’s Biscuits is best known for brands such as Maryland Cookies, Jammie Dodgers and Wagon Wheels.
The Macfarlanes team for this matter was led by corporate and M&A partner Jessica Adam with assistance from solicitor Tom Trotter.
