Macfarlanes advises Farrow & Ball on sale to Hempel Group
Macfarlanes has advised the senior management team of UK luxury paint maker Farrow & Ball on its sale to Danish coatings supplier Hempel Group from private equity firm Ares Management.
Macfarlanes previously advised the senior management team of Farrow & Ball on its sale to Ares Management in 2014.
It is hoped that the acquisition, which is expected to close in the second half of 2021, will continue to open up international scaling possibilities for the company.
The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Adam Campbell with assistance from solicitor Patrick O’Connor.
