Macfarlanes advises management team of Bourne Leisure on sale to Blackstone

Bourne Leisure, which operates through its three brands, Haven, Butlin’s and Warner Leisure Hotels, employs over 16,000 team members, hosting 25,000 holiday-home owners and attracting 4.5m guests to 56 sites across the UK every year.  Bourne Leisure’s founding families will continue to hold a significant minority share in the business following the sale and the company’s existing management team will remain in place.
