Macfarlanes advises Planet management team on sale to Eurazeo and Advent
Macfarlanes has advised the management team of integrated payment services company, Planet, on its sale to Advent International with existing investor, Eurazeo, reinvesting to share co-control of Planet going forward.
Planet provides integrated digital payment services including acquiring, processing, digital wallets, VAT refund and currency conversion services.
The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Jessica Adam with assistance from solicitor Matilda Calvert-Barr. Tax advice was provided by senior solicitor Catherine Hill.
