Macfarlanes has advised The William Pears Group and Pears Partnership Capital on the acquisition of a majority stake in Verdant Leisure from Palatine Private Equity.

The William Pears Group and Pears Partnership Capital will work alongside and support the management team of Verdant Leisure in continuing its growth strategy for the UK holiday market.

The deal is subject to regulatory approval.

The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Jessica Adam with assistance from senior solicitor Mark Stephens. Finance advice was provided by partner Kirstie Hutchinson with assistance from senior solicitor Jack Bodkin and solicitor Frankie Mosely.
