Macfarlanes advises Hayfin on their Central London HQ move to Grosvenor’s new 65 Davies Street development
Macfarlanes has advised alternative asset manager Hayfin on the leasing of 65 Davies Street in Mayfair from property group Grosvenor.
Hayfin is the first organisation to sign up at 65 Davies Street. The firm will occupy the fourth and fifth floors.
The 65,000 sq ft six-storey office development in Mayfair is directly above the western concourse of the new Bond Street Elizabeth Line station.
The Macfarlanes team was led by real estate partner Tom Pedder with senior counsels Cate Taylor and Alex Crockford, senior associate Hayley Cole and tax advice provided by VAT specialist Jack Slater.
