Macfarlanes advises Permira Credit on facilities provided to Cadence Equity Partners
Macfarlanes has advised Europe’s leading specialist credit investor, Permira Credit, on facilities provided to Cadence Equity Partners in order to finance the acquisition of leading UK connectivity specialist SCCI Group Limited.
