We support clients in digital transformation projects and in the sourcing and deployment of advanced technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), AI, blockchain and smart contracts.

We represent clients in a wide spectrum of outsourcing, managed and shared services, agile development and cloud computing projects, and in near- and offshore service delivery models. In cloud projects, we have experience of SaaS, IaaS and PaaS service models and of public, hybrid and private deployment models.

Members of the commercial team have rare and extensive experience of advising customers as well as suppliers and service providers in IT transactions, which means that we understand each party’s interests and positions in any transaction and therefore how best to advise either side in negotiating and concluding effective IT and related services agreements.

We advise our clients on the full range of IT transactions including:

the development and sourcing of hardware, firmware, software (closed and open source) and data products; and
the acquisition, use, provision and governance of data centres, communications and information systems and networks, applications, desktop environments, support and maintenance, and related services.
