Macfarlanes advises Investec Bank PLC and Rathbones Group PLC on a long-term lease regear of 30 Gresham Street, London
20 August 2025Macfarlanes has advised both Investec Bank PLC (Investec) and Rathbones Group PLC (Rathbones) on a long-term lease regear involving in excess of 350,000 sq. ft. NIA of office space at 30 Gresham Street, London, one of the largest lease regears in London in 2025.
The deal, establishing a shared London headquarters for Investec and Rathbones, represents the culmination of the complex property arrangements arising from the all-share combination of Investec Wealth & Investment Limited and Rathbones in 2023. The building will now undergo significant renovation works, in order to provide a high-quality home for both parties into the future.
