Comment on the High Court ruling in Rihanna v Topshop.

Would Topshop's unauthorised use of Rihanna's image on a T-shirt really have led customers to purchase the T-shirt, mistakenly believing she had endorsed it? This ruling is an interesting re-examination of the test for passing off and will be of particular interest for the merchandising industry.
