Holiday pay: the saga continues...
Rarely can #holidaypay have trended on Twitter before the huge excitement generated by the Employment Appeal Tribunal’s judgment last week. The frenzied response by Government in setting up a taskforce to find ways of limiting the effect of the judgment, and the speculation over further appeals, make holiday pay the hottest of hot topics.
