The EU data privacy shield - a replacement for safe harbour?
In this note we discuss the new “Privacy Shield”, which has been recently accepted as a framework to address the concerns raised by the European Court when the Safe Harbour regime was declared.
In particular we consider whether there is really anything yet certain about the new arrangement, and what does it in fact mean?
