Global perspectives on navigating a divergent ESG regulatory landscape

Fund managers operating across the globe will be facing a complicated patchwork of rules relating to ESG product labelling and disclosures.

In addition to SFDR and the Taxonomy Regulation, managers will eventually need to comply with the FCA’s proposed sustainability disclosure requirements and investment labels, the SEC’s proposed amendments to the fund “names rule” and ESG disclosure requirements.
