Tabitha advises on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues. Tabitha’s clients include major corporates, private equity houses and other partnership structures.

Tabitha qualified in 2014 and is experienced in Employment Tribunal litigation and advising on litigation tactics and settlement negotiation. Her contentious work includes advising on discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as advising on TUPE disputes.

Tabitha regularly advises clients on transactions, advising on harmonisation issues both during the transaction and post-completion.  This includes consultation issues, both local and cross border and implementing new service agreements. She also regularly advises on day-to-day workplace issues. 

Tabitha is also experienced in data privacy and lectures on this topic . She regularly contributes to journals, including the Employment Law Journal.
