Rachael has experience across a wide range of commercial real estate matters. Her work includes property development, investment work and a wide variety of landlord and tenant matters.

She also has experience of the real estate aspects of financing transactions and corporate mergers, acquisitions and re-organisations.

Rachael is a member of the public policy team, which comprises policy specialists from across the firm and advises clients on emerging risks and opportunities.

She is also a member of the firm's ESG working group.
