Nazia advises on all aspects of construction law. She has experience in drafting and advising on building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights, for a range of developers, funders, tenants and private clients. She also has experience in carrying out due diligence exercises in respect of the construction elements of real estate, corporate and banking transactions.
