Charishma advises on a broad range of tax and structuring matters including private equity transactions, private M&A, UK and cross-border group structuring.

In particular, Charishma focuses on advising corporates and investment fund managers on their transactional tax matters. Charishma also regularly advises on the management of her clients' ongoing VAT affairs and has extensive experience of working with a variety of clients including multinational organisations, family owned businesses as well as family offices and private clients. 

Charishma has undertaken a secondment to the legal department of a leading alternative asset management firm.

Charishma is a solicitor and a chartered accountant.
