Valentina Blazicek Associate

Valentina is an associate in the private funds team. She advises general partners and fund sponsors on all aspects of work relating to private capital fundraisings across different asset classes, including debt, private equity and venture capital.

Valentina advises on the establishment, structuring and operation of investment funds, as well as carried interest and co-investment arrangements.

Valentina also advises larger institutional investors on aspects of their primary investment programs and has experience structuring open-ended and semi-liquid fund products. She also helps clients navigate fund marketing and regulatory matters.
