Zoe advises on a wide range of contentious matters.

Zoe has broad experience of corporate, commercial and competition disputes, across a range of sectors, including private equity, financial services, sport and hospitality.

Her experience includes high-value breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, fraudulent misrepresentation claims, breach of confidence and conspiracy claims and post-M&A disputes.

She also has an interest in standalone and follow-on competition claims and regularly works on complex, multi-party, multi-jurisdictional competition claims in the High Court and Competition Appeal Tribunal.

Zoe has experience in litigation and arbitration as well as mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. She often advises on cases with an international element.

Advising a private equity fund LLP on the defence of a High Court claim for breach of confidence, fraudulent misrepresentation and conspiracy arising out of a corporate transaction through which our clients acquired the assets of two businesses following a prepack administration process. Losses claimed stand at £150m.

Private damages actions / collective proceedings

Advising a major international bank in relation to private damages actions and collective proceedings brought against a number of Defendants arising out of alleged anti-competitive conduct in relation to foreign exchange.
