Emily is an associate in the real estate team with a primary focus on private equity real estate. Her work often involves a cross-border element, and she has particular expertise in indirect real estate transactions, real estate M&A, real estate funds and joint ventures.

Emily advises a range of clients including UK and overseas institutional investors, private equity firms, asset managers and developers on real estate transactions across many sectors, but predominantly in logistics, life sciences and living.

Emily is a member of AREF and INREV, in addition to her membership of the firm’s ESG working group.
