Adam leads the lawtech team and is a recognised innovation leader who specialises in using people, process, technology, and data to enhance legal services delivery.

Adam is a former practising lawyer who has over a decade of experience in legal innovation. He specialises in collaborating with clients to support their businesses through innovation and bringing together lawyers, technologists, and legal operations specialists to devise new methods to deliver legal services.

Adam is an active contributor to the legal profession and regularly speaks on legal innovation, AI adoption, and the skills required by modern legal teams. His work includes international projects, cross-jurisdictional implementations, and strategic programmes across Europe, the US, and Asia. He is a founding member of O Shaped and is the author of The Legal Team of the Future: Law+ Skills.
