Laura-Anne advises general partners and fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of private funds across different asset classes, including private equity, credit and venture capital. She assists with secondary transactions and GP-led solutions, including continuation fund transactions. Laura-Anne also assists institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating proposed fund investments.
