Alex advises on a wide range of UK and cross-border corporate tax issues, with particular focus on investment management and related M&A transactions.

Alex specialises in advising:

  • on the structuring and management of private equity, credit and other private investment funds, as well as their remuneration, carried interest and co-investment arrangements; and
  • on complex private M&A transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions and disposals of interests in investment management businesses, including transactions involving LLPs and partnerships.

Alex is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
