Riley advises on complex and multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration for corporate and commercial parties.

Riley acts for a range of clients including cross-border corporates, large commercial parties and high-net worth individuals and their family offices. Riley has experience of High Court litigation and LCIA arbitration.

Riley has a particular interest in the growing area of ESG and climate litigation. As such, she is an active member of the firm’s ESG Working Group, as well as being a member of the Firm’s Environment Committee. Riley is also a member of the Law Society’s Legal Voices for the Future network which focuses on how corporate law firms can engage with the climate and biodiversity crisis from a legal perspective and is a founding member of the Legal Sustainability Alliance’s Junior Network.
