Laura advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including private equity, private M&A and corporate reorganisations.

Laura acts for a broad client base of private equity houses, management teams, large corporates, entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals. She advises on mergers, acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, co-investments and general corporate governance.

Laura has spent time on secondment at a multinational energy company.

Laura sits on the steering group of our Disability and Wellbeing Network (DAWN), a forum to offer support to staff who have direct experience of, or support others with, neurodiverse conditions, long- and short-term health conditions, disabilities and mental health issues.
