Andrew advises clients on general commercial, IT and intellectual property matters. He has experience advising on a wide range of commercial arrangements, including in relation to technology, outsourcing, licensing and financial services.

Andrew advises a broad client base, including early-stage companies, private equity houses and publicly-listed companies across a range of sectors including technology, life sciences, sports, transport and telecommunications.

In addition to his stand-alone commercial work, Andrew also advises on the commercial and intellectual property aspects of corporate transactions, and has experience advising clients on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and corporate governance.

Andrew has previously undertaken secondments to one of New Zealand’s largest E-commerce companies and a global cloud-based software company.
