Clark Hood Senior solicitor

Clark runs the special projects unit, a team of paralegals under the auspices of the litigation group. Whilst regularly assisting fee earners in litigation with a variety of tasks, the unit also assists other teams when they require additional support.

Immediately prior to the special projects unit, Clark was part of the Macfarlanes team acting as a Skilled Person pursuant to an appointment by the Financial Conduct Authority, under section 166 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 to review the sale of Interest Rate Hedging Products (IRHPs) by a leading bank.

Before joining Macfarlanes, Clark advised on a variety of litigious commercial matters including fraud and asset recovery, insurance and contractual disputes.
