Clark Hood Senior Associate

Clark is a senior associate in the litigation group, working primarily on a large banking law case in the High Court. He has a wide range of litigation experience.

Clark is also head of the team of litigation paralegals, who carry out a variety of tasks to assist the litigation group.

Prior to the becoming head of the litigation paralegal team, Clark was part of the Macfarlanes team appointed to review the sale of Interest Rate Hedging Products (IRHPs) by a leading bank.

Before joining Macfarlanes, Clark advised on a variety of litigious commercial matters including fraud and asset recovery, insurance and contractual disputes.
