Jennifer has a focus on advising clients across the asset management sector following her previous role at an international law firm. In particular, she advises on fund formation and structuring, investments, secondary transactions, management remuneration structures and house tax. She has also advised a wider client base on incentive schemes and limited liability partnership matters.
