Louisa specialises in non-contentious construction advice.

She acts for a range of developers, funders, owner occupiers, tenants and private clients in relation to all aspects of construction procurement including drafting, negotiating and advising on building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, third party rights, guarantees and bonds.

Louisa also advises on construction aspects of agreements for lease and development and funding agreements. She is experienced in carrying out due diligence exercises in respect of the construction elements of real estate, corporate and banking transactions.

Louisa is a member of the Society of Construction Law.

Advising Legal & General’s flagship Build to Rent fund on the acquisition and development of various sites. We are advising on projects being developed by the Fund itself (including 400 units in Walthamstow), as well as those where the Fund is providing forward funding.
