Andrew Morrison Senior Associate
Andrew has experience in a broad spectrum of competition and regulatory work, including mergers, behavioural advice, investigations and subsequent judicial proceedings at both a UK and European level.
Andrew has a range of experience across pharmaceuticals, financial services, media, technology and consumer goods. Andrew has experience advising across a range of competition law and regulatory issues including advising clients on merger control, anti-trust investigations, state aid issues and follow on damages litigation.
Andrew has particular experience in the application of anti-trust law and sector specific regulation within the pharmaceuticals sector with experience advising leading generics companies including Teva, Mylan and Actavis (now Accord-UK) on a range of issues.
Andrew also has experience on the application of competition law in the retail and the fast moving consumer goods sector having worked with both suppliers and retailers, as well as spending time on secondment at Associated British Foods Plc.
Andrew’s recent highlights include advising Amcor on the European merger control aspects of its acquisition of Bemis and advising Farelogix on UK merger control leading to its acquisition by Accelya.
