Mark Ngu Associate

Mark is an Associate in the Real Estate group specialising in construction law.

Mark advises on building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, third-party rights, guarantees and bonds on a wide range of construction matters from minor works to complex redevelopment projects. He has experience acting for and working with various parties in the construction process including developers, funders, contractors, and tenants.

Mark also provides construction due diligence support in respect of corporate, banking, and real estate transactions.
