Andrew is a Corporate Advisory Analyst who works across a variety of matters pertaining to corporate advisory, valuations, financial-modelling and transfer pricing.

He holds an MSc from Warwick Business School with an Undergraduate degree from Trinity College Dublin. Andrew completed the CFA level 1 in 2023.

His work includes advising in relation to:

  • Private debt: Estimating the market value of carried interest securities for a large private debt business;
  • Banking industry: Estimating the market value of a company’s growth shares that operates in the banking industry; and
  • Start-ups: Helping young companies in valuing and submitting their EMI options to HMRC for approval.
