Ben advises clients on all aspects of work relating to private funds, predominantly focusing on fundraising for which he represents both fund managers and investors.

Ben advises fund managers on the structuring, establishment and operation of investment funds and has worked on a number of fundraisings across private equity, venture capital, debt and real estate. He also assists institutional investors in reviewing and negotiating fund investments.
