Louise advises on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for a broad range of clients, including major corporates and private equity houses.

She regularly assists clients on day-to-day workplace matters, including drafting and negotiating bespoke service agreements and restrictive covenants; advising on exit discussions, redundancies and grievance matters; and negotiating settlement agreements.

Louise also advises on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions, largely mergers and acquisitions, including advising on TUPE issues and assisting with the implementation of new employment arrangements post-completion.
