Megan Proctor Senior Associate (New Zealand qualified)

Megan is a senior associate in the real estate team specialising in construction law.

Megan advises on building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties and third party rights, working with a range of clients, including investors, developers, contractors, banks, consultants, tenants and high net-worth individuals. She also provides construction due diligence support in respect of real estate, corporate and banking transitions.

Megan has experience using various forms of JCT as well as bespoke agreements.

Megan is a member of the Society of Construction Law.
