Sam Quinn Manager, Operational Tax

Sam is a manager in the tax group.

Sam advises and oversees the tax function for investment fund clients, focusing on routine fund tax compliance and investor tax reporting, day-to-day operational tax matters, withholding taxes, and tax structuring. Most of Sam’s work has a US element attached to it.

He previously worked at a Big Four firm and is an ICAEW chartered accountant. He has previously assisted the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales in moderating sittings of their Business Planning: Taxation exam.

Sam has also completed a secondment at one of Europe’s leading alternative asset managers, working in their in-house tax team as part of a major tax reporting cycle.
