Brodie advises on a range of UK and cross-border tax matters.

In particular, Brodie advises on group tax planning as well as tax at all stages of the fund lifecycle, including structuring, M&A and the return of capital to investors.

Brodie also has extensive experience of advising REITs, operational real estate groups and property developers from his previous role at one of the large accountancy firms. He is both a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor.
