With over eight years of tax advisory experience at global professional services firms and law firms, he has worked across the UK, European, and Middle Eastern markets.

Vitalii advises private funds and multinational corporations on tax aspects of international structuring and reorganisations, credit transactions, and special situations M&A. He also has experience handling large and complex tax disputes, acting for UK-based financial institutions and clients in the technology, media and telecommunications sector.

Vitalii is a Solicitor of England & Wales and a chartered certified accountant (ACCA). He is also an active member of the international law moot court community.
