Oliver advises sponsors on the structuring, establishment, marketing, management and restructuring of investment fund products, including in relation to private equity, credit, venture capital and real asset strategies.
He also has experience advising on co-investments, GP-led secondary transactions and carried interest arrangements and has advised a number of institutional investors on their primary fund investments.
