Grace Xue Associate Director, Operational Tax

Grace has broad-ranging expertise in international, and specifically, US tax with a particular focus on the financial services industry.

She specialises in tax function operational matters including implementation of tax structures, monitoring ongoing tax compliance, managing tax risks for executives, managing permanent establishment risks and other withholding tax issues and reclaim.

Grace joined Macfarlanes from the New York office of one of the Big Four accounting firms, where she was a tax senior manager.
