The Macfarlanes team for this matter was led by corporate and M&A partner Alex Green with assistance from senior solicitor Mike Birkett and solicitor Andrew Wheelhouse. Advice on financing arrangements came from partner Richard Fletcher supported by senior solicitor George Silber and commercial advice was provided by partner Malcolm Walton.

Alex Green comments: “We were delighted to have worked with Cboe on this acquisition which is an important step for the company’s growth strategy in the region. Following signing towards the end of last year, we are pleased to see the deal close.”
