Macfarlanes advises Coutts on exclusive fund collaboration with global asset management firm

Macfarlanes has advised long-standing private bank and wealth manager client Coutts on a collaboration with a global asset manager to launch six new exclusive funds for clients of Coutts and the wider NatWest Group.

The Macfarlanes team was led by investment management partner Lora Froud and financial services regulatory partner Alexandra Green with assistance from solicitors Sandeesh Shah, Louise Bralsford and Mark Lawrence, and with competition expertise from partner Malcolm Walton.
