Macfarlanes advises Graphite Capital on acquisition of Ten10
Macfarlanes has advised UK private equity firm Graphite Capital on the acquisition of software testing and quality engineering consultancy Ten10 through a management buy-out. This is Graphite Capital’s fourth investment under its £500m+ Graphite Capital Partners IX fund.
Over the past two years and under the leadership of a new chief executive, Ten10 has increased revenues by 28% to £26m. The management team has reinvested a substantial percentage of its proceeds as part of the deal.
With Graphite Capital’s investment, Ten10 hopes to continue its organic growth in the UK market and to continue its expansion within North America.
The Macfarlanes team for this matter was led by corporate and M&A partner Alex Green alongside finance partner Malcolm Hitching with assistance from corporate and M&A senior solicitor Nicholas Page and corporate and M&A solicitor Olivia Wild.
