Macfarlanes advises Arcus Infrastructure Partners on acquisition of Workdry International Limited

Macfarlanes has advised Arcus Infrastructure Partners, an independent fund manager focused solely on long-term investments in European infrastructure, on its acquisition of Workdry International Limited.

Workdry International Limited is a leading leasing provider of water pump and wastewater treatment assets and operates through the trading brands Selwood and Siltbuster.

The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Tim Redman with support from corporate and M&A senior associates Kathryn Jarvis and Felicity Powell, and associates Jordan Jacobs and Sara Lauria. Advice on the financing elements was provided by partner Kirstie Hutchinson, alongside senior associate Jack Bodkin, and associates Ross Mullen and Taku Matondo. Other expertise on this large deal came from our tax, real estate, derivates and trading, commercial and pensions teams.

Tim Redman comments: “We are thrilled to have supported Arcus Infrastructure on this significant transaction, which represents the first acquisition for its third fund, Arcus European Infrastructure Fund 3 SCSp. It also represents our first transaction advising Arcus.”
