Macfarlanes advises Epiris on acquisition of Stuart Turner from LDC
This is Epiris Fund II’s ninth acquisition, with Macfarlanes having advised on several of its previous investments, including, most recently, its investment in Sharps, the UK’s leading fitted bedroom furniture specialist.
Epiris will support the next stage of the company’s growth journey as it looks to further broaden its product and geographic offering.
The Macfarlanes team was led by corporate and M&A partner Stephen Drewitt with assistance from senior solicitor Alice Temkin and solicitors Henry Cooksey and Laura Hatfield. Finance advice was provided by partner Kirstie Hutchinson and solicitor Owen Giles.
