Macfarlanes advises Ares Management funds on refinancing of Titan Wealth Holdings leveraged facilities in connection with the sale of equity interest in Titan Wealth Holdings to Parthenon Capital

Macfarlanes has advised funds managed by Ares Management, a global alternative investment manager, on facilities provided to Titan Wealth Holdings in connection with a sale of the Titan asset management business. FCA approval has been received for the sale and Parthenon Capital has become the majority shareholder in the Titan Wealth group.

This transaction follows on from an earlier deal where Macfarlanes advised Ares Management funds on providing facilities to Titan Wealth Holdings in connection with the acquisition of two leading investment and wealth management businesses, Global Prime Partners Limited and Tavistock Wealth Limited.

Titan is a discretionary fund management/wealth and asset management business, targeting assets under management of £40bn in the next three to five years.

The Macfarlanes team was led by finance partner Andrew Perkins with assistance from partner Adam Caines, senior associate Pinar Celebi and associate Yagmur Yarar. Further advice was provided by partners Jessica Adam (Corporate and M&A) and Alexandra Green (Financial Regulatory), senior counsel Shaul Steinberg (Tax) and senior associate San-Marie Saaiman (Corporate and M&A).
